My name is Amelie (like the French movie…yes, I’ve seen it!) I also go by Ami.

I’m a professionally trained cook and baker who went to culinary school.

I got my degree in Culinary Arts at the Culinary Institute of America in 2023!

I am a lover of many things, so I can’t answer your question on whether I prefer to cook or bake. I’m good at both, I love both, and maybe you can decide for yourself by ordering some food AND desserts from me ;)

Art is the epitome of cultural representation; personalizing taste is a way to understand more than one culture. I’ve never been a one-size-fits-all and most people aren’t. We listen to different music and eat different food and for the people with style, we might pop out in an outfit that surprises you. When you are intentional about seeking different things, you inevitably learn about the history of people and ever-changing patterns.

I’ve only desired for there to be a space for everyone and everything possible without judgment. I’ve always wanted my platform to showcase my specialties and allow them to mesh together or shine solo.
